Command Center Agent (3  month contract)
Location: Montreal, QC
Staffing Placement Opportunity


Responsibilities including but not limited to
  •  Perform outbound calls to stores to list any outstanding issues
  • Ask scripted questions to validate store holiday preparedness
  • Capture model and serial number for failed equipment and escalate to appropriate vendor
  • Update anti-virus definitions and scan systems for any malware
  • Manually check for OS updates and escalate to identified contacts
  • Open/Close service tickets within Service Center


  • 1+ years of Service Desk technical support within the retail environment
  • Familiar with networking (i.e. Switches, Firewall, IP Address, Pinging)
  • Good phone etiquette
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using a help desk ticketing system a plus
