Curriculum Developer (7 Month Contract)

Knowledge and Experience:
• 4+ years of progressive experience in design & development of both e-learning and F2F.
• Knowledge of any agile instructional design models such as SAM, RCD, Agile etc. is a must; with an experience working in either would be an added asset.

Normal business analysis deliverables and supporting documentation will be expected although they may be modified to suit the scope and scale of the project. These include, but are not limited to, the following: 
1. Standard Operating Procedures (for future state)
2. Training Needs Analysis
3. Training Plans 
4. End User Training materials
5. End User Training Delivery 

The Curriculum Developer/Training technical writer is responsible for developing training material to support the implementation of the Infor Cloudsuite Financials system [FSM]. Some support for the development of technical business process steps may also be required.  This is a training role for a systems implementation, where training is working in tandem to the build and testing of the system.  The candidate  should be familiar with working on similar projects in this manner. 

Working with business analysts, subject matter experts, project team and the FSM training team, this person will: 
1. Participate in conducting end user training needs by role.
2. Contribute to developing and maintaining training matrix. 
3. Translate information provided by BAs/SME’s, make connections to other relates areas and  create a detailed analysis of the business need. 
4. Translate training needs and functional specifications into detailed end user training material.
5. Support ongoing improvements ensuring that training content and delivery method is effective.
6. Support the Training Lead to develop and formalize a robust quality assurance review process pertaining to curriculum development for the FSM project.
7. Develop training material in alignment with the build of the system and system testing cycles.
8. Support ongoing improvements in the effectiveness of training content and delivery method. 
9. Provide in-class support and facilitate sessions using designated curricula. 
10. Prepare, review & revise documents needed to understand the FSM system functionality and be able to write business scenarios in collaboration with the SME’s. 
11. Analyze and manage existing & potential content (standard operating procedures, process steps, functional steps, user interface details etc.).
12. Work as an effective support resource to the FSM project and the ERP Program.
