Order Desk Clerk
Location: Burnaby, BC
Position Overview

Microserve is looking for an Order Desk Clerk for our office in Burnaby, BC. The successful candidate must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work individually and as part of a team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a professional environment!

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for data entry related tasks
  • Ability to effective communicate with clients and deliver superb customer service
  • Responsible for reporting on various related metrics/data points
  • Process high volume of order transactions with speed and accuracy
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate party within the procurement and warehouse teams
  • Previous administrative experience would be an asset
  • Familiarity with computer systems and/or components an asset
  • Experience with Connectwise an asset

 

Requirements

  • Must be familiar with MS Office applications (i.e. Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Advanced MS Excel experience required
  • Ability to work as a team as well as ability to work independently
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Must have high attention to detail
