Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead (8 Month Contract)
Location: Remote/ Burnaby, BC

Key Deliverables and Activities:
  • Organizational Change Management Strategy that outline clear goals, objectives and measures. Ensuring also that the Strategy is kept up to date. 
  • OCM plans and key deliverables including: Stakeholder Analysis, Change Readiness Assessment, Change Impact Assessment, end user facing materials (e.g., toolkits), Governance presentations and updates.  This includes review cycles with program leadership/governance and other team members to ensure appropriate levels of collaboration, input and sign off. 
  • Supporting communications and engagement activities which align with OCM activities and establishes feedback loop mechanisms with the community for the Program as required and directed by the Provider
  • Creation of innovative ways to communicate with clinicians and non-clinicians in respect for the current COVID environment which maintains communication without being invasive or disruptive to the care delivered to patients
  • Manage the established change process to ensure changes impacting business operations are conducted in a risk mitigated manner. 
  • Maintain Program SharePoint/Teams site, and facilitate a document management process.
  • Facilitate the development of program status reporting, meeting with PMs and consolidating/validating report content.
  • Assist with project plan development and updates in line with TMO and governance reporting requirements. 
  • Facilitate and coordinate program team meetings including preparing the agendas and corresponding presentations/materials. 
  • Liaise and communicate with internal project team members on project status, deliverables, and forecasts to completion.
  • Ownership of OCM’s risk, action, issue and decision logs including logging, updating, following up and escalating, as appropriate.
  • Performs duties as directed and provided by the Provider 

     

Core Skills and Experience:  Must Have 
  • Experience leading Organizational Change Management teams in delivering change activities on large, complex CIS / HIS implementation projects. Understands how to manage technology changes and programs within an enterprise environment. 
  • Must be relationship focused and a strong team builder. Experience in working in large teams within a multi stakeholder environment (e.g., vendors and staff).
  • Must be solution oriented with an ability to adapt OCM strategies, plans and activities as a result of changing program and organizational needs. Includes ability to guide oneself and the OCM team through such changes.
  • Leadership and management skills to guide and motivate team members both within OCM and at Site (as required). 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in a business environment. Includes experience in facilitating conversations with executive leadership and frontline staff. 
  • Strong understanding of Benefits Realization Management and how to support organization’s understanding of the importance. 
  • Ability to translate complex  technology concepts into meaningful communication mediums, tailored and appropriate for audience, channel, etc. 
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Must be competent in MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
  • Must be able to work independently to solve problems. 
  • Creative with strong visual communication experience (e.g., executive level presentations that tells a story with crisp graphics).
  • Self-motivated, problem solver and critical thinker.
  • Collaborative and able to work with diverse stakeholder groups at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent analytical skills, people skills, written and oral communication skills.

 

Note; This job opportunity is with a Microserve client. This position will be mostly remote with onsite work as required by the client
