Service Desk Lead  (6 Month Contract)
Hybrid/Remote
Staffing Placement Opportunity 

  • Vendor management for all the different managed services they are partnered with  who takes care of level 1 support 
  • Come up with a way to possibly link all the different ticketing systems as each vendor will have their own 
  • A way to properly deal with all the licenses and contract management for various applications and more
  • Come up with a better road map, workflow and processes 
  • Implement proper KPI’s in order to track and measure things properly
  • Streamline how things are delivered and or pushed out – Service delivery 
  • Manage service providers supporting other areas
