Collaborative Whiteboarding with Remote Participants
When running collaborative hybrid meetings in MS Teams Rooms, content cameras can detect your in-room whiteboard. These specialized cameras will then display the whiteboard content to the online participants as if they were also in the room. If a collaborator blocks the camera’s view of the whiteboard, the smart technology will continue to display the whiteboard’s contents. Online participants can also use the Microsoft Whiteboard app, which allows online participants and in-person participants to whiteboard together.
