In 2018, Microserve has been awarded exclusive standing offer agreements by the Government of Alberta for audio visual accessories including carts, displays, projectors and installation services, and Lenovo desktops and workstations. We have also been named as the sole reseller for a third standing offer for the supply of Dell laptops and tablets. All of these agreements are for 5-year terms.
Standing offers are purchasing vehicles that the Government of Alberta (GoA) establishes with selected vendors for commonly purchased information technology products and services. In addition to the Government of Alberta, there are over 500 public sector organizations across the Province that are pre-approved to purchase from these contracts.
Our contract to supply audio visual displays, projectors, options and installation services is providing the GoA with cost savings and improved performance through a combination of service excellence and standardization for AV products and services. Microserve has partnered with NEC, LG and Premier Mounts for this engagement
