IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY TO WORK ANYWHERE AND ANYTIME
Microserve End User Computing (EUC) can help provide a streamlined experience for desktops and applications across multiple devices to increase productivity. This benefits your onsite and remote workforce, which is more distributed and diverse than ever. These are end users, meaning staff that your software programs or hardware devices are designed for.
Microserve has over 30 years of proven EUC experience providing one-stop shopping for end user services and end user hardware. Our philosophy is to remain vendor neutral and work with manufacturers that best fit your specific needs.
As your computer end user partner, we can plan processes to review, test, and select the most effective technology standards from a wide range of manufacturers to the best end user computing devices on the market.
OUR APPROACH TO END USER COMPUTING MANAGEMENT
No One Else in Canada Has Our Experience
We’ve worked hard to build a strong reputation for hardware management in Canada. While there are certainly others who offer similar services, we provide unparalleled levels of customization, support and detail. No one else does DaaS like Microserve.

Microserve’s experienced and highly qualified procurement team is well-versed in a wide range of industry leading technologies and solutions. We can help you select the best technologies for each application to maximizing value. Our end user strategy and plan can include establishing and maintaining processes and systems for all devices.
PROCURE
We offer a secure, customized e-procurement solution to conveniently place and track orders. Features include real-time product availability and pricing, secure and customizable customer account access, customer-specific products and pricing, customer-specific business rules and optional integration with your IT systems.
CONFIGURE
Our configuration processes are highly customizable. We can provide configuration services prior to delivery to your site for hardware, software, asset tagging and more. We maintain local warehouse and configuration facilities at all Microserve branches in BC, Alberta and Nova Scotia to provide you access to local inventory and accurately staged delivery.
DEPLOY
Our custom deployment processes can accommodate your specific preferences and requirements. We maintain a large pool of qualified technicians, highly proficient in managing and performing hardware deployments and replacement projects on an ongoing basis for a continuous refresh approach, as well as on shorter projects. Our proven methodology can successfully ramp up and execute projects quickly and accurately for high volumes of systems across wide geographic areas.
MAINTAIN
We offer a variety of services to support the maintenance of devices during their useful life. Our key differentiator is our breath of field support for multiple locations. We maintain a wide network of multi-skilled technicians for break/fix services, install/move/add/change services, end user support, end user database and device management.
RETIRE
As part of our end user responsibilities, we can decommission and remove old systems, or move them to your asset disposal center, or to a Microserve Asset Recovery Centre to be quarantined prior to disposal. We are committed to protecting your security to ensure no information on any equipment will be exposed to risks of confidentiality or privacy. We also focus on maximizing social benefit and minimizing harm to the environment by reusing IT equipment before recycling, to extract as much value as possible.
A Critical Piece of the Puzzle
IT asset management is just one facet of complete IT support—but it’s essential and time-consuming. Even if you have an internal IT department, your employee resources are better spent elsewhere.
We’re the leader in IT asset management in Canada for good reason. We invite you to find out why enterprise-level companies and public sector clients alike trust us with their equipment lifecycle management.
“IT inventory administration is key to businesses managing their systems more effectively and, if performed routinely, can save time and money by avoiding unnecessary asset purchases.”
