Employee Experience HRIS and Scheduling System Roadmap (4 Month Contract)
Location: Burnaby, BC

Responsibilities

  • Consultation sessions to be held with the suggested stakeholders
  • Business process analysis and requirements gathering
    • Detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements
    • Business process analysis and opportunity assessment
    • Fit/Gap Analysis
  •  Resource requirements gathering:
    • Budget plan for future years
    • Possible return on investments
    • Implementation staffing resource
    • Enterprise/Solution Architect resource
    • Maintenance staffing resource
  •  Approach and plan for a successful implementation
    • Methods of Implementation
    • Order of implementation for scheduling system and HRIS
  •  Vendor research and recommendation:
    • Fits the complexity of the client's environment
    • Supports the goals/directions of the senior leadership from Employee
    • Experience and other stakeholders

 

Knowledge & Experience 

  • Large HRIS and Scheduling system implementation experience preferred
  • Knowledge of HR technology/systems preferred
  • Knowledge of Human Resource operations preferred
  • Experience in multi-collective agreement and complex labor relation environment
  • preferred
  • Experience developing business requirements, strategy and technology roadmap

  • Experience presenting to stakeholders and executives
