Senior Technical Business Analyst (12-24 Month Contract)

The Staffing Services Team at Microserve is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to contribute to the success of our esteemed client's IT projects in Victoria.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst on IT projects, with preference given to those with more experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers throughout project lifecycle to provide Business Analysis services.
- Lead requirements gathering and review meetings, documenting Business, Functional, and Technical Requirements.
- Model and document key features of technical solutions.
- Facilitate requirements and design sessions with business and technical teams.
- Create and maintain project artifacts including scope, process flow diagrams, test plans, and operating models.
- Analyze and document current and future state business processes, creating process workflow diagrams.
- Contribute to program planning, assessing options for process improvements.
- Maintain documentation for projects, processes, and operations.
- Contribute to final solution design, identifying data, functional, and non-functional needs.
- Establish a structured approach with Operations staff for efficient delivery.
- Coordinate system testing, including load, integration, and failover.
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing, with strong communication and facilitation skills.
